If I create a radio-station moode 6.4 writes the URL of the station into a PLS.
But there are some radio-stations with an PLS as target which will result in a PLS
which calls a PLS and then only one track will be played and transmission stops?

I get the error below in MPD log with either of the links you posted. Only one track is played in either case. The error suggests an issue in MPD or ffmpeg/ogg decoder.
Code:Jan 17 09:55 : ffmpeg/ogg: Packet processing failed: Invalid data found when processing input
Jan 17 09:55 : player: played "http://199.189.87.9:10999/opus-512"
Try posting or searching for similar issue in the MPD repo.

If you listen to the stream in VLC you can hear a distinct discontinuity between "tracks". I think this may be an issue with JB-Radio 2's encoder or their workflow and I don't know enough about OGG streaming to say if it's acceptable behavior.
Since both the pls and the m3u (not mentioned in OP) endpoints reference the same stream as the direct link does there should be (and is) no difference in behavior among the different forms of reference.
The rest of the OP dealing with station names is a consequence of the different forms of reference. I get the hint of possibly one minor bug but need to do some tests of my own before saying more.
