I raise the issue with OEM and they said that the problem is because of the latest kernel. They send me a link to downgrade the kernel to an older one and I went through it. After the downgrade it shows kernel version of 5.10.73-v8+. After which the player played for 1 song fully and then while playing the second song i feel some distortion in sound and which stopped playing with some noise sound. After restarting it shows "no boss2" error code. Is it possible to get the older Moode version 7.6.1 image for download? for one more try? If it is possible could do you please share the link to download the file?
