usb IR remote

Any one ever tried using a usb IR remote (FLIRC v2) with moode? Is it possible to add keyboard shortcuts to moode or mpd for use with FLIRC?

Unless you have already bought that very expensive usb receiver, there is another solution that will cost you only 2$. Have a look at this thread.

There's no technical reason it couldn't. Indeed, did you try "flirc mpd" in your favorite search engine? It looks like folks have been connecting the two for the past 4 years.

Has anyone done it specifically with moOde? Looks like not yet. When you get it working, be sure to post a HowTo.
