I am not running the 64-bit kernel.
I checked settings, auto shuffle is on and according to system info it is running also.
Tried again this "pgrep ashuffle" command, still no return.

I'm not able to repro the issue.
Well, I did a reinstall, checking every step.
Initially autoshuffle was running ok.
Changing various settings and reboots, no problem.
When I added my NAS (NFS) to the library, autoshuffle stopt running and could not be started anymore.
You could try running ahuffle manually and see if it logs any errors that might be useful. First turn it off on Audio Config then from the command line .

Raspbian is now 10.2 and
PHP-FPM is now 7.3.11
.... but the warning is still there and the Alsa vol is still ()
changed the if configuration and set static ip but Domain and DNS are still a mess ... (?) it seems that DNS and Domain are inverted

I see a potential bug in the way I'm reporting Primary DNS and Domain in the log but its just a cosmetic issue.
When you set a static IP address, the Primary DNS should be same as the Gateway address which in your case is 10.0.1.1. The Router should proxy all the DNS requests coming from clients.
The "blank ALSA volume" issue with that particular audio device is an odd one. Post the output from the cmds below and I'll have a look.

The Sysinfo output suggests that part of the Update did not complete successfully. The Update bumps to Raspbian OS 10.2 and PHP 7.3.11

I suspected this and here is the system info log from a 6.4.0 fresh install
Raspbian is now 10.2 and
PHP-FPM is now 7.3.11
.... but the warning is still there and the Alsa vol is still ()
changed the if configuration and set static ip but Domain and DNS are still a mess ... (?) it seems that DNS and Domain are inverted

I see a potential bug in the way I'm reporting Primary DNS and Domain in the log but its just a cosmetic issue.
When you set a static IP address, the Primary DNS should be same as the Gateway address which in your case is 10.0.1.1. The Router should proxy all the DNS requests coming from clients.
The "blank ALSA volume" issue with that particular audio device is an odd one. Post the output from the cmds below and I'll have a look.

In my case, the upgrade from 6.3 to 6.4 completely crashed my moode installation - Pi was only blinking on the green LED 7 times after reboot - kernel*.img was missing on /boot. for whatever reason.
After a complete new installation it's up and running again, but I've trouble with the GPIO configuration. I'm not sure if it's a bug or I'm doing something in the wrong way as I can't remember 100% exactly how I configured it before.
I have a rotaty encoder with button and the button is connected to pin 25. The rotary encoder works as designed, but the button unfortunately not. It should trigger a Start/Pause script and is configured like shown in the screenshots:
If I run "sudo /var/www/command/gpio-buttons.py" via ssh, the button is working:
As soon as I stop the script, the button stops working and I don't have any idea why. I already disabled and re-enabled the settings without any success.

You prolly need to specify the full path to the script. What you have now is ./script_name.sh. The ./ means whatever current directory I'm in.
If your scripts are in the pi users home directory i.e., /home/pi then specify /home/pi/script_name.sh.

Presumably his router would forward requests to his ISP's DNS. I infer he's trying to bypass this in favor of Google's public DNS which answers requests to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
I blow hot and cold on this. My ISP is Verizon/FiOS. Sometimes I use Google, sometimes I use Cloudflare, and often out of laziness I just default to Verizon.
