How to remove the little white animation that appears next to the currently playing track..??

I like the "white animation" but don't like the "HD" badge next to a high res track under cover art in the same screen. Can't please us all [Image: smile.png]

I also like the animation, which can't be turned off at the moment.  I guess if enough folk hate it it might become a candidate for an option.  The HD badge is already an option though in preferences/library/show sample rate, many options for what to show.

Some graphic glitches remain (the "back" arrow sometimes does not appear in the library view and I have to understand when and why this happens).

However, I exported the moode configuration before moving to the new card (I keep the old 10.4/git on a separate card) and then copied it to boot/moodecfg.ini
It did not export and import Audio buffer size, Output buffer size, Max playlist items and Input cache (also, suggestion, for 2GB Pis maybe having a 1.5 Gb input cache option could be interesting, and 3GB, 4GB for those that have the 4GB and 8GB boards?). Hence I had to reconfigure those myself. Not a big deal, but IMHO should be there.

The end of the development process and release were so cool that it prompted me to make another donation. It is not to brag about it! It is just to declare publicly how much I value this work.

Much appreciated :-) and many thanks for helping out in the Test Team.

- The occasional back arrow and knob glitches are very odd. Maybe something to do with Gulp JS bundling?
- I'll add those missing MPD params to auto-config for the 7.1.0 release.
- Same for additional input cache sizes but those need to be filtered by Pi model or something like that.

Thanks, but that option also turns it off in the library view as well as under the cover view in the playing screen. It only happens when playing HD tracks. I have "text" set in the sample rate, but the HD badge is still showing on the playing screen when playing HD tracks. Not sure if this is a feature or bug.

Hi,
I also do not like running animations, so it would be nice to switch off the small spectrum analyzer animation.

Tidal streaming certainly works. I''m listening now via Kazoo on a Macbook, however most people seem to use Bubble UPnP/Android.
In the Moode UPnP config set UPnP A/V services To 'No' and OpenHome services To 'Yes'.

Tidal works fine for me too via upmpdcli and BubbleUPnP (not using proxy function and with a working tidal key in __init__.py) but there is no cover art in Bubble or moOde. This is strange because when I start a control point like "M.A.L.P." or "MPD remote" the covers are shown and get updated.

Hi jonners,

I'm having similar setup than you -> Moode 7 with OpenHome enabled and Kazoo on my MAC... but I can't make Tidal working with only theses pieces... Kazoo failed to login on Tidal and the Tidal service thru Moode (OpenHome) give me a "Service login or communication failure"...

The only way to listen Tidal for the moment is by using another apps that can access Tidal and stream (openhome) to Moode, think of Bubble, Mconnect, Linn (not Kazoo) ...

But it would be really better if I can get it simple with only Moode + Any control point.

Thank you for sharing your setup a bit more detailed, so I can test other things.
