Nope, moOde's radio station directory is not accessible to upmpdcli. You can explore using upmpdcli's configuration scheme for radio stations (/etc/upmpdcli.conf and associated files). I once (probably somewhere around moOde release 5.x) wrote a script to help a user copy over the moOde stations into the upmpdcli scheme but I don't want to make that a regular thing.
ETA: sorry, just noticed the second part of your post. Do you mean with moOde and your Android tablet both on the same LAN you can't access the WebUI? Android does not make mDNS (crudely, the .local addresses) available to its web browsers but using the IP should have worked. Always does on my Android devices.

On the tablet using a browser such as Chrome, or Firefox, the IP address would have to work.
Try to clear the browser cache and give that another shot, the IP always works for me on an Android tablet.

Maybe off-topic for this thread, but I'm wondering if anyone has been able to get the Mother Earth Radio FLAC stream to play reliably?
I have only managed very short glitch-free playback with this 24/96 stream, typically only a portion of one track plays before severe stuttering and dropouts occur.
I tried changing the buffer settings just to see if that might change anything, and it does not, suggesting this is a server side issue. My ISP package is 200mbps download, so it would not appear this is on my end, as Qobuz for example streams perfectly well even at 24/192.
The only on-topic aspect here is that I have had no problems at all with several of the other FLAC streams posted by @ suzywong, both my ongoing use of the 4 Radio Paradise FLAC streams with metadata, Radio BluesFlac, and TMEFolk Radio all stream perfectly well with metadata on my end, and the Rondo Klasu Pro FLAC stream does too though without any metadata.
My testing input here is those FLAC streams above could certainly be included as standard in the upcoming Moode 7.1, but Mother Earth Radio decidedly not, which is too bad, seems like they offer a very interesting and eclectic mix.

I am having the same problem: I have a very good connection (600-700 Mbps) and I have tested the radio with VLC (see attachment) on a PC and, even though the statistics say 0 lost buffers (lost), I have experienced very small interruptions on audio. You can see that the stream looks not fine. Of course I also tried on moOde and the problem is the same. Since you live in a different country than mine (on your profile it looks like you have GMT and mine is GMT + 1 (Italy)) I think it might not be something like connection, processor, memory or other things.
It could be interesting if somebody from Germany can test it.

I've noticed in the past when flashing to a new version that the network discovery type access methods (moode.local, spotify, UPnP and so on) can get confused. I guess some devices in the chain think the device is different, others think it is the same, confusion results.
I have largely mitigated this by assigning static addresses, so my moOde players always have the same IP no matter how often the other things change. In fact every device that regularly attaches to my network has a static address. Prior to this, I found shutting down everything in chain (phone/tablet/PC, router/repeater/switches, moOde devices) waiting a few minutes for then restarting the network components, then the moOde devices, then the access devices would sort things out.

The symptoms suggests something external to moOde software for example network issues, insufficient power supply, bad SDCard, 3rd party software or tweaks installed, slow client, Browser with huge number of items in its cache, extreme sized music collection, etc.
You could try looking at the the Moode startup log for errors or an unusually long startup sequence. The startup sequence typically takes 15 -20 secs. You could also look at Linux startup logs and check for errors or long delays.

I've got 3 different pi streamers all running MoOde. Only 1 is having issues. I've tried different power supplies. I'll check the logs. I'm thinking it's hardware somehow.
