I’m in the UK and stream BBC stations daily through moode 8.3.9 without issues.

Just to add some clarity.

BBC sounds is streaming media and audio download service from the BBC that includes live radio broadcasts, audio on demand, and podcasts.

It is not geo-locked like iPlayer, but you need to register and sign in to use it.
 
I guessing that the OP is asking if he can stream the audio from Windows to Moode.

Try streaming the audio from the BBC app to moode using Bluetooth or Airplay. To get Airplay on Windows u proilly need something like Tuneblade.

Yes it does but the BBC Sounds app does a lot more.

If you are running the Sounds app on your windows laptop, you'll have to use Bluetooth to connect the laptop to moOde and play the Sounds output via that.
