Maybe we should try to optimize the process of acquisition of the currently playing data.
Not that it is a priority, but since it conflicts with the playback...

Go to https://github.com/rern/rAudio and don't ask for things that don't make much sense. Just rip the CD and get the same result without having to add hardware support and messing up a software that works well to add a useless feature.

I tried to get DAB working on rAudio and gave up.  Ripping's the better solution.
