Bear in mind that you'll most probably have to play with some configurations (boot, x-server, and the like) to properly set the orientation of both the display and the touchscreen layer...
There are a few threads here that deal with such things; and some of them have come to a happy ending.
Don't give up on the first hassle, though... the pics show it running on RaspiOS, so chances are it will work in moOde too.

Since it specifically addresses the Bookworm edition of RaspbiOS I should think this panel will work fine with the current moOde release.

Thank you for your messages.
I guess a section in this forum that would list all compatible materials association would help users to have a clear picture of what works and the level of efforts that is required to make these materials operate together.
My current configuration is:
- RPI 4 1Mo
- Ian Canada transportpi DIGI with separated 5V linear power supply 
- Topping DAC E70 Velvet
- MoOde Audio r923
So far, everything works fine, all formats even DSD64 are properly read.
The addition of a working 8.8 inches display with touchscreen should be great to have a very user-friendly system and interface…
That’s why I prefer to anticipate any issues with the display since its price is not negligible   !
