This is pretty much what Kent predicted isn't it? Namely that there isn't a "tag called style", merely some "tags that some schemes call style and some software reads as style".

Well, there is a tag named "style" but it's unique to the Discogs service. Its similar to all the unique musicbrainz tags https://picard-docs.musicbrainz.org/en/v...basic.html
