Your problem discribes exactly what I encountered when using an Allo Piano 2.1 dac.
So what is your actual configuration?
In the last line of your message I see:"RP3 & 4, Dac USB Chord Quest or AudioNote DAC1 or AlloDac + préam Yaqin MS_12B + Tamp S75 MKII + LivingVoice Avatar II "
I particular the Allodac, is this an Allo Piano 2.1?
If you are using a Piano 2.1 than your problem is caused by an incompatible driver from Allo and the highest Moode version you can use is 8.3.9. Versions 9.x.x are based on a new version of Raspberry OS when chokes on the old Allo drivers
Regards

Hi Sunfish,
i start without DAC, only RP4 board; i would like configure my USB Chord Quest (mainly DAC) when i can access Audio menu.
i note your remark about AlloDac and version 9.0.x
thanx

Assuming you followed the Setup Guide to make the image using the Raspberry Pi Image try the following to start troubleshooting the issue.
Reboot and then post the contents of the startup log.
The log can be viewed via the SSH command moodeutl -l or downloaded via the Logs section in System Config, or via Menu, System info from any of the Config screens. The startup log will be at the end of System info output.

Bingo Tim
my mistake was, i used BelenaEtcher to created SDCard that's wrong, i used with "Raspberry Pi imager", and that's better.
i've access to configurated settings
my usb DAC Chord Quest is recognized, i got Sound
sorry for the wasted time
thank you

Are you sure you are using the latest version of the Imager...?
Are you sure you followed the installation guide, where it talks about configuring the image prior to flashing it?
User name + password... does this ring a bell...?

I'm experiencing the same thing on a Pi-4b. I followed the Tutorial and made the listed changes in the official imager.
Below are my logs:

Despite seemingly getting hung up on the Network section, I'm able to access it via ethernet.
As with livingvoice, I get an Error 500 when accessing the Audio page (snd-config.php) and anything entered on the Settings page (sys-config.php) is immediately lost.
Unlike livingvoice, I'm using a IQaudIO DAC HiFi, not an AlloDac.
I've already tried writing the image again, but no dice.
Let me know what else I can provide to help troubleshoot! fwiw, I was using (some version) of Moode 8 with this same hardware with no issues. Of course something could have gone awry, but I have no reason to suspect it's hardware related.
